Arrifana Surf Lodge undertakes to provide you with a range of quality services, as described on its website, in order that you can have the best possible stay.

Weather conditions

Weather conditions are entirely beyond our control, and, therefore, we cannot guarantee you ideal surfing conditions at all times, either on account of bad weather or because there simply are no waves.

However, and should that happen, we will try and create alternative schedules.

Cancellations

Should you cancel after having affected the deposit for your booking, your deposit is non refundable. Nevertheless, the value of your deposit will remain as a credit that you can use to book an alternative date of your choice.

Cancellations made 24 hours before or during your stay with result in a 70% charge of your booking price.

Refunds

Please be aware that refunds are not given for surf days missed due to illness, injury or simply deciding to take a rest day, or partake in another activity. There might be a very rare occurrence that we may have to end a surf session early or not let people in the water. This will almost be inevitable due to weather/surf conditions being unsafe and we cannot refund for this. We will always try to get the most surf time in as possible during your stay.

Insurance

Our sports accident cover only covers accidents that may happen during our surf classes and transportation on vehicles belonging to Arrifana Surf lodge. In any event, we advise you to take all risks cover with regard to your trip.
